Overall revenue growth reflects team and business contributions and is not attributed solely to an individual experiment. Product links establish context, not verification of these figures. Comparisons require consistent metric definitions.

What my work covered

Onboarding monetization

Built the onboarding monetization journey from the ground up, connecting entry, value understanding, paid offers, and trial starts.

Paywalls and purchase paths

Worked on paywall presentation, benefit communication, and purchase steps, reviewing page conversion alongside downstream trial and payment outcomes.

Segmentation, pricing, and promotions

Built behavior-based segments and designed pricing, discounts, and promotions for different audiences, using experiment data to evaluate revenue effects.

Subscription lifecycle and win-back

Covered trial expiry, subscription abandonment, and paywall exits through push, email, and SMS journeys, while observing renewal, cancellation, and refund behavior.

Experimentation and measurement

Advanced configurable monetization flows to support iteration, and built core metric and experiment dashboards connecting user behavior to revenue outcomes.

Product and growth collaboration

Worked with product and growth teams on implementation and reviews, using acquisition and behavior data to guide revenue improvements.

Applying the approach to your product

The transferable part is the diagnostic process: align metrics, locate friction, choose experiments, and review results. Prices, trigger timing, and conversion targets need to be evaluated against your users, costs, and product value.

  • Trials without purchases: examine who starts a trial, the value they experience, and the first charge outcome.
  • Weak paywall performance: separate reach, purchase intent, and payment success instead of relying on one blended rate.
  • User growth without revenue growth: compare first purchases, renewals, and revenue contribution by source and cohort.
  • Unstable experiment results: check allocation, definitions, and observation windows before expanding a change.
